Hi
Couldn't see a thread already started so I thought I'd start one
Sunday- Beef casserole with yorkshire puddings
Monday-Spicy beef hotpot
Tuesday-LO spicy beef hot pot
Wednesday-Chicken madras with bombay potatoes and dahl
Thursday-Sausage stir fry
Friday-Frankfurter curry with turmeric rice
Saturday-Tortilla pizza and garlic bread
Money is really tight this month due to so many birthdays, mothers day and family occasions so it is all having to come from the cupboards and the freezer except for a few bits.
Problem being that I have next to nothing in the freezer as I was running it down to defrost, SIGH
Some meals a bit mismatched but we'll survive.
I'm going to make some fridge bottom soup today for lunches and I have a tonne of cereal, dried fruits and oats in for breakfasts.
I'll also make a bloomer today and use it as garlic bread slices or toast for the next few days.
